My mum and mother in law stayed here some months back and were absolutely delighted with their stay. My mum couldn't praise the hosts up anymore. Apparently the food was delicious and the service. An overall fantastic stay. Thankyoi
Stayed just one night for a show at Pavilions. Twin room (№28) with a double bed and a single. Room was spotless and contained a TV, kettle (& tea & coffee), plenty of coat hangers, and toiletries in the en‐suite shower room. Didn't find a hair dryer, but I'm sure the absolutely wonderful staff would offer one. The room was really warm, which was great as it was brass monkeys outside. One negative is the double bed leaves little room to move around, but then again, I am a Cornish bird on the 'more comfortable' side. Breakfast was worth the room fee alone. Yoghurts, cerals, pastries and toast all on buffet service. Hot breakfasts on table service, with a varied menu. This place is a gem. The staff are a cut above. They even answered the phone in 2 rings at stupid-o-clock because I couldn't work the kettle - turns out that there was nothing wrong with it, and I'm an idiot. My apologies. I will definitely visit again and would heartily recommend.
Well talk about reading a book by its cover. How wrong was I! Very wrong! This Bed and breakfast is excellent, everything about it! The lovely welcome on reception, all staff greeting guest superbly, nothing too much trouble. The room was fresh, clean, warm and the bed was oh so comfortable. The breakfast excellent with a choice of most breakfast items, cereal, cooked breakfast with fried bread and toast to keep you filled for the day, (never mind lunch time). I was on business in Plymouth, however, I will definitely book this accommodation again and enjoy the sight seeing history and scenery Plymouth has to offer. Excellent
Stayed here last night (30/04/2022) and loved it. The staff were friendly, helpful and always greeted you with a smile. We stayed in room 13 and the room was great, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the shower wow the pressure was amazing. Breakfast was also very good, great choice and food cooked very well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Stayed here as an overnight stay and can't really fault the place at all. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with lovely decor. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was spot on with an amazing mug of tea. Will definitely be staying here on future visits to Plymouth.
My wife and I spent 4nights with our little dachshund.The owners and staff were very pleasant. Our room was just great for us. We were so pleasantly surprised how nice our breakfast was, served in a takeaway container and eaten in our room. It was cooked fresh to our order placed the previous evening and collected at an agreed time. It was piping hot and as good a breakfast as you could possibly get. Would definitely return
The most welcoming hotel we have stayed in, friendly, polite the man on reception was absolutely lovely and went beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The room was modern with everything you need and very clean. The food was lovely with a great Service. Can't wait to return and to bring the children.
We stayed in this hotel for the Bank Holiday weekend back in May. We were looking for a friendly place and this Hotel was just perfect. the room was very nice and tidy. Also the room was cleaned everyday. The bed was really comfy. Really friendly staff if you need anything just ask and they will provide. Breakfast was lovely everyday. We decided to order dinners after a long day and it was a great idea. Matt served the best lasagne I have ever had. Everyday something different and lovely big portions. (I put on weight because of the this) We managed to get a parking space for additional cost of £10 for a day. I will definitely come back to see this lovely and friendly people and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Kerry, Jenny and Matt we will be back for sure. Thank you very much for everything!
